  • Any suggestions for another ganache that might work in lieu of the raspberry? (Would chocolate adhere to the sprinkles?)

    • You could definitely make a chocolate ganache instead! If using dark chocolate, I recommend a 1:1 ratio of chocolate to cream for the right consistency. Just scale your ganache recipe so you have the same total quantity as the raspberry ganache the recipe calls for! Feel free to email me if you need more guidance
