The recipe sounds amazing…only one question. Ingredients call for 3 eggs. However, in the directions it says to add 1 egg then the remaining 3.
Ah good catch! I’ve just updated the recipe – it should have said 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk.
Hi, thank you so much for this recipe! What percentage cocoa dark chocolate do you use? Thanks! 🙂
I buy the 72% cocoa blocks of dark chocolate from Trader Joe’s!
thank you! 💗
Sorry I have another question… throughout the recipe are you using kosher salt?
Hi! When I refer to table salt, I mean the standard fine grain Morton’s salt!
Thank you, I appreciate your help!
Hi! Do these also taste as good at room temp or should I save it for a day I can keep them cold? I was planning to bring them to an event but want to get the best experience! Thanks 🙂
They definitely also taste good at room temperature! The ganache will be a little softer, which is nice.
