Hello world! I'm excited to share what may be my favorite cookie of 2021 (there are still 4 months left, so we'll see, but these passionfruit cheesecake cookies are currently in the #1 spot). They're sweet, tangy, floral, fruity, creamy, and crunchy! There's fresh passionfruit pulp! There's the crunch of passionfruit seeds! There's creamy cheesecake filling! There's a perfectly-chewy vanilla bean cookie! If those buzzwords aren't enough, here are some more: no chill AND one bowl. Hell yeah.

Sorry about that, I’m updating all my recipe formats to be printable and haven’t had time to update them all yet! I’m working on it though 🙂 As for grams, it’s a much more accurate way to bake. I have some detail as to why in my FAQ page!
