A cake that looks like a fancy fruit plate + some real life snaps! I like to go to Trader Joe’s and buy lots of fun fruit to arrange on top of a cake. Super easy, super glam ✨

CHEESE BOARD SHORTBREAD COOKIES 🧀 My family’s tradition is to make fancy cheese boards to serve at holiday meals, so when @cabotcreamery asked me to create a holiday-festive treat, I jumped at the chance to develop a cookie that belongs on a cheese board! This cheesy shortbread is made with oats, @cabotcreamery white cheddar cheese, hazelnuts, and a touch of brown sugar. The texture is nubbly and addictive, and they’re incredible topped with a slice of cheese! I adore working with @cabotcreamery because in addition to making incredible cheese and butter, they’re also a cooperative B-corp that prioritizes their community and the environment. What’s not to love!
